SECTION .0600 ‑ PURCHASE OF USED ITEMS

01 NCAC 05B .0601          GENERAL PROCEDURES

Rules of this Subchapter regarding seeking competition shall be followed wherever feasible, when it appears that the acquisition of used commodities is in the public interest.
